A (wispy) marathon runner sprinting across the sky?

The Grand Scheme of Things [09.01.12]

I initially thought to crop out the skyline, but then I realized that its minuteness beneath the big, blue sky lends some sense of… scale, perhaps? As the cliche goes, the world is a very big place, and we are but small specks in the grand scheme of things.

iSpy 16 [06.17.12]

I think it looks like a baby.

iSpy 15 [06.17.12]

Looks a bit like a Star Destroyer, doesn’t it? Too bad I couldn’t fit the whole thing in the frame because of the airplane window.

Not Snow [06.16.12]

I like how this looks to be a snowy landscape when in fact it’s not.

iSpy 13 [01.01.12]

A crocodile snapping its jaws.

iSpy 12 [10.31.11]

A dragon. Or a dog.

iSpy 11 [10.31.11]

A horse.

I happened to find myself in a high place with a clear view of the sky when I snapped these photos. What do you see?

From Sky’s the Limit (left to right, top to bottom):

  • iSpy 1 (a prehistoric creature)
  • Swirls
  • iSpy 2 (a crab, or an extraterrestrial)
  • iSpy 5 (a plesiosaur, or Nessie)
  • iSpy 7 (a bearded face - Zeus, perhaps?)
  • iSpy 8 (a turtle, or the ‘AVPM’ Horntail)
  • iSpy 9 (Yoda)
  • iSpy 10 (a cherub, or an astronaut)

Previous photoset from All Things Potter.

iSpy 10 [06.12.11]

Looks a bit like a cherub, doesn’t it? (Like this.)

iSpy 9 [06.02.11]

I see Yoda, down by the left. On second thought, it looks more like a hunched creature of some sort - the ears are a bit too rounded to be Yoda’s.

iSpy 8 [06.02.11]

A turtle. Or the Hungarian Horntail puppet from AVPM.

iSpy 7 [06.02.11]

A bearded face - Zeus, perhaps?
